Sri Lanka Itinerary: 6 Days - Colombo and Bentota Wellness Retreat
A slow week for arriving tired. Colombo opens gently: good food, the seafront at Galle Face Green, a first Ayurveda treatment. Bentota carries the rest, with three nights beside a calm beach and the mangrove channels of the Bentota river, where boat rides pass monitor lizards and kingfishers. Nothing on this trip requires an early alarm.
