Circuit Sri Lanka en 7 jours : Sur les traces du Ramayana
Les sites du Ramayana en une semaine : le temple de Munneswaram, les sanctuaires au-dessus de Kandy et le temple de Seetha Amman dans les hauts plateaux, là où la tradition situe la captivité de Sita.Une semaine construite comme un pèlerinage, sur les traces du Ramayana à Sri Lanka. Depuis Negombo, le circuit monte vers Kandy pour deux nuits consacrées aux temples, puis continue dans les hauts plateaux jusqu'au temple de Seetha Amman à Sita Eliya, que la tradition situe comme le lieu de la captivité de Sita. Le retour emprunte le versant de Hatton, un autre itinéraire avec ses propres vues sur les plantations de thé, avant une dernière nuit à Colombo. Negombo
Jour 1 : L'avion atterrit à l'aéroport international de Bandaranaike, avec un transfert de 30 minutes jusqu'à Negombo, une ville de pêcheurs sur la côte. Le temple de Munneswaram, où Rama aurait prié Shiva après sa victoire sur Ravana, à environ 45 minutes au nord de Negombo, occupe l'après-midi, puis vient le marché aux poissons et la plage au retour de la pêche du jour.

Kandy
Jour 2 : Kandy se trouve à environ 4 heures, via Kurunegala, une ville de marché à peu près à mi-chemin. Le soir, la puja, cérémonie de tambours et d'offrandes, a lieu au temple de la Dent sacrée de Bouddha ; elle se déroule environ de 18 h 30 à 20 h, et les visiteurs étrangers paient un droit d'entrée au portail.

Temple of the Tooth Relic
Sri Dalada Maligawa in Kandy houses a tooth relic of the Buddha and has been the most sacred Buddhist site in Sri Lanka since the 4th century AD.
Udawattakele Forest Reserve

Kandy
Jour 5 : Le temple de Divurumpola, que la tradition retient comme le lieu de l'épreuve du feu par laquelle Sita a prouvé sa pureté à Rama, ouvre la matinée, suivi du jardin botanique de Hakgala, autrefois tenu pour le jardin de plaisance privé de Ravana. Le retour vers Kandy passe par Hatton et Nawalapitiya, un autre itinéraire à travers les collines, environ 2 h 30, pour la nuit.
