Circuit Sri Lanka en 14 jours : Culture et royaumes anciens
Deux semaines dans le Triangle culturel, des stupas d'Anuradhapura à la forteresse rocheuse de Sigiriya, jusqu'à Galle la hollandaise, avec des nuits de plage à Bentota pour souffler.Ce circuit de quatorze jours donne toute leur place aux sites historiques, sans jamais devenir une course. Deux nuits chacune à Anuradhapura, Sigiriya et Kandy laissent le temps de voir les capitales anciennes et le Temple de la Dent sacrée, et Polonnaruwa s'ajoute en excursion d'une journée. Colombo apporte ses musées et les bazars de Pettah. La route rejoint ensuite la côte : la plage et la rivière de Bentota, puis les remparts, les cafés et le phare de Galle Fort pour finir. La période de novembre à avril convient le mieux à l'étape de Bentota et à la fin du parcours à Galle.

La saison d'hiver (novembre à avril) convient le mieux au final à Bentota et Galle ; les sites du Triangle culturel sont exposés et deviennent chauds en milieu de journée quel que soit le mois, prévoyez donc Anuradhapura et Sigiriya tôt le matin.

Temple of the Tooth Relic
