Circuit Sri Lanka en 14 jours : Côte est et grand nord
La côte est dans son ensemble et Jaffna, dans la saison où tout fonctionne : temples, lagunes, plages tranquilles et une ville de surf, avec un safari sur le chemin du retour.Ce circuit d'été longe des côtes que la plupart des itinéraires laissent de côté. Les temples et les îles de Jaffna ouvrent le voyage, puis la route suit la mer vers le sud : les baies de Trincomalee, la lagune peu profonde de Pasikudah, la ville lagunaire de Batticaloa et le surf d'Arugam Bay. Un safari à Udawalawe et une nuit dans Galle Fort ramènent le circuit vers l'ouest, remparts éclairés après la tombée de la nuit et dîner dans la vieille ville. La fenêtre de mai à septembre reste la meilleure : en dehors, la mer est plus formée à Trincomalee, Pasikudah, Batticaloa et Arugam Bay, et certains hébergements ferment.
